How We Find Candidates

Given the results of our Research, We feel there is a great need and opportunity for Early Underserved Startups to do Well and change the future of our community.

We spend a lot of time doing due diligence to find the Right Candidate
to make a long-term commitment. We do the following:

  • Attend events/locations for exposure to Underserved Startups
  • We attend Demo Days and Pitch Contests for Unique Ideas and exceptional Talent.
  • We also accept applications and referrals.
  • Simple talk/interview to identify candidates
  • Provide some suggestions for immediate help
  • Periodically, call on status update and build confidence

When We Find The Right Prospect

We do the following to present and secure a deal:

  • Prepare a simple plan, strategy and future roadmap of their Business
  • Prepare a high level proposal of terms and parameters
  • Prepare an eaAdVIZORS presentation: What we do; Our Capabilities; Our Interest in them
  • Build a sample Visual Calculator case study of 3 Year Owner & eaADVIZORS projections
  • Set up a Sales Meeting
  • Present our Plan, Strategy & Roadmap
  • Ask them about their business at a high level
  • Specifically ask about their major revenue streams
  • Specifically ask about their 3 year increase (X) factor
  • Show our sample 3 year case study w/ Visual Calculator
  • If interested, let them play with our Visual Models
  • If we want to move forward, present our proposal with terms
  • If agreeable, Set up our next meeting.
